Located in Sarasota, Sunrise Bay was designed as a contemporary coastal retreat that balances livable luxury with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Clean lines, thoughtful simplicity, and a strong connection to the surrounding bay create a space that feels both refined and relaxed.

The renovation focused on redefining key areas of the home to better support how the space is lived in and enjoyed. A comprehensive kitchen overhaul introduced custom cabinetry with integrated lighting, concealed storage, and refined detailing, transforming it into a functional and stylish centerpiece. A sleek bar and secondary wine bar with an entry drop zone create natural gathering points that seamlessly connect the kitchen to the living areas.

The den was reimagined as a serene home office with bespoke built-ins, while a statement TV wall with recessed placement, integrated LED lighting, and sculptural sconces adds a dramatic focal point. Bathrooms and the laundry were fully renovated to complete a cohesive, modern update throughout the home.
