Located directly on the Gulf, The Water Club is a serene condo renovation designed to celebrate its picture-perfect water views. Inspired by the surrounding environment, the palette draws from layered blues, teals, and greens to create a calm, modern coastal retreat.

The renovation focused on opening up the home to enhance flow and connection. The kitchen was fully reimagined by removing walls to create an open floor plan, allowing natural light and views to take center stage. A built-in breakfast nook offers a relaxed dining option, while the adjacent living and family rooms provide generous space for gathering and everyday living.

The primary suite was thoughtfully reconfigured to include an expansive bathroom, a large walk-in closet, and a discreet pocket office, creating a private retreat within the home. Throughout the condo, effortless finishes and subtle moments of personality, including feature wallpaper in the laundry room and powder bath, add interest without overwhelming the space.

The result is a refined yet casual coastal home designed for family, friends, and years of enjoyment by the water.
