Trade Mark Interiors and teams are rounding the corner to the END of the One Room Challenge! As things are coming together for our pool bath, I’m starting to get really excited about all the finishing touches. Styling is always KEY to bringing a design to life. This little pool bath has so much personality in the selections and we aren’t stopping there.
Let The Styling For The Pool Bath Begin!
This part of the design process is integral in bringing a cohesive design to life. Here at TMI, we love to style high-low. What does that mean? Typically we find some unique designer pieces from our trusted vendors and carefully curate some really nice accessories on the high end of the price and quality spectrum. These are often the punchiest items with the most “designer” appeal. Shopping the local vintage markets, resale shops and local big-box stores is also a way we pull together a space with loads of personality all while staying within budget.
With this being such a small space, we need very minimal in the styling department. Cool hooks for our bath & pool towels, tissue holder, and trash can for practical reasons. The last item will be a small accent rug to help with all the wet toes running through this room. We had a great partner through this One Room Challenge who supplied us with the perfect accents. The Sterling Check enamel collection is the perfect complement to our pattern-palooza pool bath. We are thrilled with how perfectly this worked out!
What’s Next For Our Pool Bath Extravaganza?
The lighting for our pool bath will be installed before our grand finale next week and this is an awesome (favorite) from Visual Comfort. A great fixture that can be installed vertically or horizontally with beautiful texture, aptly named Utopia! Providing the perfect light and complimenting the Sea Coral Mirror from Uttermost. We’re so in love with all this texture!
One more week and this One Room Challenge will all come together!!
